At DermAdi Skin, we are dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic services tailored to each client's unique needs. We strive to deliver the highest standards of care and results. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: All payments for services rendered, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and packages, are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether the service was fully or partially completed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, may incur a charge of up to the full price of the service. Facials and brows will be charged 3.

Treatment Results: While we make every effort to achieve your desired aesthetic outcomes, please note that individual results can vary depending on a variety of factors such as skin type, age, and overall health. We do not guarantee specific results but will work closely with you to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Package Terms: For services purchased as part of a package, each individual treatment is subject to the same non-refundable policy. Packages are valid only for the specific treatments purchased and must be used within the time frame outlined at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unused treatments.

Satisfaction and Service Concerns: We value your experience at DermAdi and encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns about the service received. We will address any issues to your satisfaction, but please be advised that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Prepaid Services: For clients who have prepaid for services or packages, no refunds will be issued for any unused portions of the prepaid amount. However, we are happy to assist in rescheduling or recommending alternative treatments if needed.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not adhere to our policies, including those related to conduct, health, or scheduling.
